DESPITE a number of late cry-offs, Penrith’s second string started strongly away to Lymm II in the University of Salford North West League.

FACING a Morpeth side who had recently beaten Carlisle comfortably, Penrith under-16s knew they were up against it.

A TEAM of Penrith under-11s and under-12s travelled to Cockermouth in anticipation of a closely fought game based upon previous meetings between the clubs.
